API Serial keys (e.g. X-Entity-Serial headers) issued to your account are licensed strictly for your registered organization. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Subscriptions & Payment Terms

ENTITY operates on a tiered subscription framework (Starter, Professional, and Enterprise VIP). Payments are processed securely via card or Safaricom M-Pesa STK push.

Subscribers are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Annual subscriptions include a 20% discount as indicated during checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account billing page.

Intellectual Property & Ownership

The ENTITY brand, UI design patterns, backend API engines, and software architecture remain the sole intellectual property of ENTITY Ltd. Clients retain 100% ownership of all custom business data, customer lists, and specific content uploaded to our platform.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

ENTITY aims to maintain 99.9% uptime availability across all hosted cloud API endpoints and transactional email servers. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced in advance on account dashboards.

Prohibited Uses & Anti-Spam

You agree not to use ENTITY API engines or email suites to transmit unsolicited spam, malware, or unlawful materials. Attempting to brute-force API credentials, reverse engineer backend engines, or launch denial-of-service attacks will result in immediate API key revocation without refund.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ENTITY Ltd., nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website whether such liability is under contract. ENTITY Ltd. shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website.
